             Keep up the excellent work and please, inspire others to do the
             same. May I recommend going from great to extraordinary. 

30 –34  You have great potential! With an appropriate refocus and some
             specific planning and implementation, you can really excel. You
             can be a 35 to 40 too!
 
25-29  Some things are going right, but what should you do about those
           things that are not going well?  25 to 29’s are simply “good people” 
           that are stuck. They just need to get unstuck. How? Call us for a 
           free consultation, while there is still time to be a 35 to 40.

20-24  Survival is the name; denial is the game and you have no one but
           you to blame. NOW is the time to start making needed changes,
           including the rules and the behavior. 20 to 24’s, shame on you if
